Attach the drip bag to your cup, securing the handles on each side. Heat your water to 93-96°C (outdoors, the hot water is ready once it stops bubbling). Pouring technique: First, fill the filter halfway and wait 15 seconds for blooming. Then pour hot water into the filter three more times, allowing it to drip through each time. Total water volume: 180–220 ml. For a stronger brew, use less water. For a milder taste, pour four times instead of three.
